4M Building Solutions is seeking a reliable General Cleaner to join our team in Union, MO. This position offers a consistent morning schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM) with the option to pick up additional hours if you’re looking for full-time employment. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the friendly, professional face of 4M, ensuring our client’s facility is clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Your daily tasks will include:
- Thoroughly wiping down and disinfecting all surfaces, including countertops, glass, mirrors, windows, and furniture.
- Removing trash and replacing liners in all waste receptacles.
- Restocking restroom and facility supplies like towels, soaps, and toilet paper.
- Sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Serving as our extra set of eyes on-site, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, leaks, or needed repairs you observe.
- Following all 4M training protocols and safety guidelines diligently.
Qualification
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- To be at least 18 years of age.
- Some prior janitorial or cleaning experience (we provide expert training in our specific best practices).
- Reliable personal transportation to get to the worksite.
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
- A courteous, resourceful attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to comply with all social distancing, safety guidelines, and uniform requirements.
