Key Responsibilities
You will be our go-to professional for a vast array of hands-on tasks, requiring both skill and initiative.
- Perform all types of cleaning duties, from routine maintenance to deep cleans, in various settings.
- Conduct a wide range of minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks for both properties and equipment.
- Be fully available to work flexible, odd hours, including shifts that extend past midnight, as required by job assignments.
- Be ready to work on Public Holidays without exception, based on operational demands.
- Manage your schedule efficiently to respond to urgent call-outs and scheduled tasks with absolute punctuality.

- Proven experience in both cleaning and handyman-repair work is essential.
- Must be physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks for extended periods.

- Must possess your own basic tools and have reliable transportation.
- Must have the flexibility and willingness to work past midnight and on Public Holidays whenever required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
