Key Responsibilities
As a Professional House Cleaner, you will work with a partner to bring our high standards to life in a different home each day. Your primary duties will include:
- Working in tandem with a cleaning partner to efficiently complete whole-home cleanings using our proven Detail-Clean Rotation System.
- Performing a wide range of cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and cleaning kitchens to a meticulous standard.
- Using our professional-grade, eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment provided by the company.
- Providing exceptional, respectful service in customers’ homes, ensuring their complete satisfaction with every visit.
- Managing your time effectively to complete assigned homes within the scheduled workday.
- Maintaining and caring for your cleaning equipment and supplies.
Qualifications
We believe attitude is just as important as experience. The ideal candidate for our team is:
- At least 18 years of age.
- Able to pass a standard background check.
- A team player with a fantastic, positive attitude and a strong pride in your work.
- Willing and eager to learn our specific cleaning systems—no prior professional experience is required!
- Physically capable of being on your feet all day and performing light lifting (under 15 lbs). This is an active, hands-on job.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for getting to our office and assigned homes.
Benefits and Perks

- Earn a starting rate of $17 – $19 per hour, with a typical weekly pay of $550 – $650.
- Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Enjoy no nights, no weekends, and paid major holidays off.
