Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring our motel rooms are presented to the highest standard for every guest. Your key duties will include:
- Thoroughly cleaning and preparing motel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and tidying.
- Changing bed linens and making beds neatly.
- Cleaning bathrooms to a spotless standard.
- Replenishing room amenities and supplies.
- Following established cleaning procedures and training guidelines.
- Contributing to the overall cleanliness and presentation of the motel.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the right attitude and work ethic:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong attention to detail.
- Able to work fast and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
- Flexible with working hours, as daily tasks vary with occupancy.
- Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Hours and Flexibility:
- Core fixed hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 7 days a week (2 guaranteed hours per day).
- Current additional hours: ~3 hours on weekdays, ~4 hours on weekends (subject to change with bookings).
- Flexibility is essential as hours may increase or decrease based on daily occupancy.
