Key Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you are essential to our guest experience. Your primary duties will include:
- Meticulously cleaning all areas of guest rooms and apartments, including making beds, refreshing linens, sanitising bathrooms, and dusting all surfaces to our impeccable standards.
- Efficiently managing your assigned section while adhering to our detailed cleaning protocols and timeframes.
- Preparing and restocking your housekeeping trolley daily to ensure it is organised and fully equipped.
- Handling all cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly, following all safety procedures.
- Respecting guest privacy and security at all times, including properly managing key access.
- Promptly reporting any maintenance issues or room damages to ensure swift resolution.
Qualifications
