Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Engineering Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead critical maintenance and project activities to support our plant operations.
- Lead daily maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting, and coordinating with production and other departments to execute planned work.
- Manage and execute assigned capital and improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Champion a culture of safety and quality by ensuring all work whether performed by the team or subcontractors adheres to Coca-Cola’s strict standards and all legal requirements.
- Record maintenance histories and costs accurately and lead initiatives focused on cost reduction and operational optimization.
- Provide clear direction, motivation, and technical coaching to maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive leader with a solid technical foundation and a collaborative spirit.
Required Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience maintaining manufacturing or industrial facility equipment.
- Practical experience or qualifications in at least one key technical area, such as: PLC systems, electrical maintenance, hydraulics/pneumatics, mechanical systems, or reading mechanical-electrical schematics.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and a strong drive for problem-solving.
- English language proficiency (e.g., TOEIC 600 or equivalent) for technical documentation and communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing environment with an understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Knowledge or implementation experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies.
- Specific safety-related certifications, such as for fire alarm inspection, local exhaust ventilation management, or welding fume supervision.
- Design experience or knowledge related to machine safety standards.
