Key Responsibilities

As an RBT, you will be the hands-on practitioner delivering essential therapy, directly influencing client progress and independence.

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans, developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), during sessions in the client’s home, school, or community.
  • Employ behavior intervention strategies focused on positive reinforcement to teach new skills, promote learning, and reduce challenging behaviors.
  •  Accurately collect and record data on client behaviors and skill acquisition during sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment planning.
  • Work closely with BCBA supervisors and maintain open, supportive communication with family members to ensure consistency and maximize client success.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing mentorship to continually refine your skills.

Qualifications

We are looking for caring and reliable professionals who meet the following criteria to ensure the highest quality of care.

  • An active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Reliable personal transportation and a willingness to travel locally to client sessions are essential.
  • The physical ability to actively engage with clients (including sitting on the floor, moving from sitting to standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs) and the ability to pass a background check.
