What You’ll Be Doing
- Triage health documents and vaccination certificates.
- Guide passengers to Automated Check-In Kiosks.
- Manage entrances to FAST Assistance queue.
- Assist with baggage and relevant queries.
- Escort VIP passengers and passengers with special needs.
- Escort VIP passengers from check-in to gate or lounge.
Job Requirements
- GCE ‘N’ Level and above.
- Positive attitude and top-notch customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and tech-savvy.
- Commit to a 1.5-month training period.
