Key Responsibilities
In this pivotal maintenance role, you will apply your electrical expertise to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
- Effectively diagnose, repair, and maintain PLCs, motor drives, and complex industrial electronic systems, including 3-phase 480V equipment, to minimize downtime.
- Utilize a strong understanding of PLC ladder logic and general industrial electronics to solve problems and implement improvements.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment, communicating effectively with operators and other maintenance team members to support production goals.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a work environment that prioritizes both personal safety and the production of quality products.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical foundation and the proactive mindset needed to thrive in manufacturing.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot PLCs, drives, and general industrial electronics is essential, with specific experience working on 3-phase 480V systems.
- A general understanding of PLC ladder logic and a strong electrical aptitude with excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Academic credentials or equivalent experience at the Technical degree level (2-year associate’s degree or similar) is preferred.
- Prior experience in an industrial manufacturing or production environment is highly desired.
