Your Role And Key Responsibilities
In this frontline leadership role, you will be crucial to the daily success of our production lines. Your core duties will include:
- Leading by example to complete assigned production missions efficiently, achieving daily output targets while upholding stringent quality standards.
- Operating and monitoring sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment with precision and care.
- Acting as a key point of contact on the shift, assisting supervisors and guiding fellow operators to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Championing a culture of safety by strictly adhering to and promoting all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols and cleanroom procedures.
- Performing basic troubleshooting and reporting any equipment or process issues promptly to maintenance or engineering staff.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation and ensuring your work area is organized and compliant with 5S principles.
The Skills And Foundation You Bring

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a semiconductor fabrication, assembly, or a related high-tech manufacturing environment. Experience is preferred, but we provide comprehensive training for candidates with the right aptitude.
- A demonstrated ability to follow complex procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong reliability, a proactive mindset, and the potential to lead and support teammates.
- Physical stamina for a manufacturing setting and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine interfacing.
- A commitment to learning and developing new technical skills.
