Key Responsibilities
You will be a key contributor to our workshop operations, responsible for:
- Performing high-quality surface preparation, including blasting, on structural steel and heavy industrial components.

- Working effectively as part of a team in a busy, project-driven workshop environment.

Qualifications
We are looking for qualified and reliable professionals with:
- Proven, hands-on experience in industrial or marine blasting and painting.
- A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Certifications in Confined Space and Working at Heights are highly advantageous.
- The ability to successfully pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening (DAS).
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
- Reliability and a team-focused work ethic.
