What You’ll Be Working On
- You will operate spray painting equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metals and manufactured products, ensuring consistent, high-quality coverage.
- You may also paint by hand when needed for detailed or specialty work.
- You will mix paints and other solutions accurately, following specifications for each job.
- You will complete finishing processes such as baking, polishing, or applying other materials to achieve the desired result.
- You will monitor drying times and conditions to ensure the final finish meets quality standards.
- You will maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- You will work Monday through Thursday from 4 pm to 2:30 am, with a 10% shift differential for your hours.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of general work experience.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, and bend for 8 hours or more daily.
- Constant use of arms, hands, fingers, eyes, legs, and back throughout the shift.
- Willingness to participate in drug and alcohol program (safety-sensitive position).
- Ability to pass a medical evaluation confirming fitness to wear a respirator (required upon job offer).
- Detail-oriented mindset and a team player attitude.
- Willingness to take on additional roles as needed.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Bonus Points:
- Apprenticeship or formal training in production painting.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
