Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality work efficiently, meeting customer expectations for both speed and craftsmanship.
- Be responsive to customer needs and communicate clearly throughout each project.
- Maintain a clean, organized worksite, respecting the client’s home and property.
- Work as part of a courteous, professional crew that represents Heiler Painting well.
- Apply paint to interior and exterior residential surfaces using proper techniques.
- Prepare surfaces as needed, including sanding, patching, and priming.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional residential painting.
- Able to provide proof of legal work status in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to get to job sites.
Preferred:
- Experience with both interior and exterior residential painting.
- Familiarity with the Philadelphia suburbs, Main Line, South Jersey, or West Chester areas.
