Key Responsibilities
In this essential role, you will have ownership of specific cleaning zones to ensure our facility meets strict hygiene standards. Your core duties will involve:
- Performing comprehensive cleaning of offices, amenities, the warehouse, and all common areas.
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces, and managing rubbish removal on a daily schedule.
- Maintaining cleanliness in non-production and common production areas while wearing required PPE.
- Completing detailed cleaning checklists and following site hygiene procedures to meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
- Cleaning specialised equipment within controlled cleanroom environments.
- Ensuring bathrooms are cleaned daily and attending to tasks like breaking down cardboard, emptying shredders, and cleaning drains as required.
- Providing reliable cover for the other cleaner during periods of sick or annual leave.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are thorough and trustworthy. You will be a great fit if you have:
- Proven cleaning experience, with references that attest to your reliability and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking clear ownership of your tasks.
- Excellent punctuality, strong communication skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- A cooperative attitude and willingness to provide cover for your counterpart when needed.
- A commitment to wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gowns, gloves, masks, and hairnets in designated areas.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand long-term, as we value stability and are looking for team members to grow with us.
