By managing every step—from our grower partners to the end product—we ensure traceability, consistency, and quality for the food ingredient, retail, industrial, and agricultural sectors we supply.
Key Responsibilities
In this varied role, you will be essential to our night shift operations. Your core focus will be on:
- Safely operating and monitoring our oil extraction and processing equipment.
- Performing a range of production tasks, working both indoors and outdoors across the site.
- Vigilantly supporting our high standards for quality, food safety, and workplace health & safety.
- Working effectively as a key member of a small, collaborative night team.
- Assisting with mobile plant operations like forklifts and loaders.
- Actively looking for ways to improve our processes and efficiency.
Qualifications
You are the right fit if you have:
- A strong, reliable work ethic and a positive, proactive attitude.
- A sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to safety.
- The ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a close team.
- A willingness to learn complex processes and grow with our business.
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or processing environment is beneficial, but full training is provided for the right person.
- Experience operating forklifts, loaders, or trucks is an advantage.
