Based at their modern Finished Goods Warehouse in Glenfield, you’ll join a friendly team in a clean, well-organized production and stores environment that truly values its employees.
Key Responsibilities
In this hands-on role, you will be a key part of our finished goods operations. Your duties will include:
- Accurately packing products onto pallets, wrapping, and preparing them for dispatch.
- Performing quality checks, verifying labelling, and maintaining precise production records.
- Operating various machinery for tasks such as grinding scrap and changing wadding.
- Communicating effectively with the team about any production or quality issues.
- Contributing to a safe workplace through diligent health & safety practices and general housekeeping.
- Handling some manual lifting (up to 25kg, with trolleys provided) as part of your daily tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for reliable and conscientious individuals who will fit well within our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A good level of physical fitness for a role involving standing, lifting, and operating machinery.
- A strong eye for detail, especially for quality control and accurate record-keeping.
- A reliable, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively within structured shift hours.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a similar process-driven environment is beneficial, but a great work ethic is most important.

This role offers a standout package for long-term stability:
- An effective rate of over $30 per hour. The starting base is the Living Wage ($28.95 hr) plus a generous shift allowance (approx. +$12 afternoon or +$15 night).
