Boral Cement is seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our dynamic team at our Marulan site in the Southern Highlands. Key Responsibilities

You will play a vital hands-on role in our daily production operations. Your key duties will include:

• Safely and efficiently operating mobile plant equipment such as Front End Loaders, Dump Trucks, and Forklifts.
• Performing essential ground maintenance and industrial cleaning tasks, including shovelling, sweeping, and hosing.
• Operating the bulk bagging machine to produce hydrated lime bags and safely loading finished products onto trucks.
• Providing relief and support across all areas of production as required to meet operational plans and targets.
• Maintaining a strict adherence to all workplace health and safety protocols.

Qualifications

We are looking for a reliable team player with a strong safety mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine and demonstrated commitment to workplace safety above all else.
• A Forklift ticket and proven experience (highly regarded).
• Experience operating front end loaders, dump trucks, and other mobile plant equipment (desirable).
• The flexibility to participate in daily rosters and adapt to changing shift requirements.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and follow daily operational plans.
