Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough, top-to-bottom residential cleanings for our clients, following detailed checklists and high-quality standards.
• Use your own supplies and equipment (including a vacuum) to clean all areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
• Execute detailed cleaning tasks such as degreasing kitchen surfaces, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Manage your time effectively to complete each home within the allocated schedule, ensuring punctuality for all appointments.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with our office team regarding scheduling, job status, and any on-site concerns.
• Travel reliably to client homes within our service areas (Brownstown, Commerce, Ann Arbor, Dearborn) using your own transportation.

Qualifications

To Partner With Us, You Must Have:

• A minimum of 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience.
• Your own reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our base in Novi, MI, and to client homes.
• Your own full set of quality cleaning supplies and a vacuum.
• Excellent time management skills and a strong, self-motivated work ethic.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to consistent, high-quality results.
• Strong communication skills and must be authorized to work in the United States.
