What You’ll Do
Your mission is simple: build trust and close sales with confidence.
- Conduct in-home consultations with qualified, pre-set leads provided by our internal marketing team.
- Proactively prospect and generate your own leads to maximize your earning potential through extra commission.
- Engage homeowners, understand their needs, and confidently present our premium bath and shower solutions.
- Master our product through immersive paid training, including a trip to our Tennessee manufacturing facility.
- Drive the sales process to a close with conviction, because we succeed by asking for the business.
