Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our on-site team, you’ll provide the essential support that keeps our projects running smoothly and safely. Your day will be active and varied, including:
- Assisting with site setup and preparation, handling tools, materials, and equipment to ensure tradespeople have what they need.
- Supporting the safe demolition of old bathrooms, including removing debris and helping to prepare the space for its stunning transformation.
- Providing direct assistance to our skilled carpenters, plumbers, tilers, and painters by handing them tools and materials as required.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and hazard-free worksite throughout the day and performing a thorough cleanup at the end of each shift.
- Strictly adhering to all safety regulations, wearing the correct personal protective equipment (PPE), and reporting any safety concerns immediately.
- Helping with the basic care and maintenance of our tools and equipment.
Qualifications
We value a strong work ethic and a great attitude above all. The must-haves for this role are:
- Physical fitness and the ability to handle the manual demands of construction work.
- A reliable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
- A keen awareness of workplace safety and a commitment to following all procedures and using PPE correctly.
