Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is seeking motivated Pick Packers and Forklift Operators to join our warehouse teams in Eastern Creek and Pemulwuy. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders according to instructions
- Operate RF scanners and pallet jacks (training provided) to support warehouse operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets consistently
- Assist the team with dispatch and general warehouse duties
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently (for licensed LF operators)
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures
- Previous warehouse, pick packing, or forklift experience preferred but not essential
- LF forklift licence required for forklift operator roles with recent operational experience
- Comfortable using RF scanners and pallet jacks (training available)
- Physically fit and able to lift items up to 20kgs
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
