Responsibilities
You will be a key part of our production team, working on diverse fabrication projects.
- Perform MIG and or TIG welding on steel and plastic materials to precise specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to guide fabrication.
- Execute various fabrication tasks, including measuring, cutting, fitting, and assembling components.
- Conduct general production labor and operate shop equipment as needed.
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants with relevant experience and a professional attitude.
- Experience in steel welding, plastic welding, fabrication, or general production work is highly valued.
- Ability to read blueprints is a strong advantage.
- Must possess a valid Missouri Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen is required.
- Must be reliable, willing to work full-time, and available for overtime as needed.
