We are looking for a Welder Foreman to join our construction team in Singapore. This is not a full-time booth welding role. You will still hold a torch, particularly on complex or critical joints, but your primary responsibility is to lead, coordinate, and ensure every weld leaving your crew meets engineer specifications and industry standards. You hold a valid welding certificate 3G or 6G preferred and you have enough site experience to troubleshoot fit-up issues, interpret drawings, and keep production moving without constant supervision. If you are ready to step up from the bench or crew level and take ownership of quality and workflow on active construction sites, this role offers the challenge and recognition you have been working toward.
Company Overview
We are a established construction and engineering contractor in Singapore, specializing in structural steel erection, industrial plant modifications, and infrastructure projects. Our work spans both greenfield developments and brownfield retrofits, often within tight site constraints and demanding schedule requirements.
We do not operate a high-volume production shop. Our welding crews are deployed across project sites, working on beams, columns, pipe supports, handrails, and architectural steel. Quality is inspected. Safety is enforced. Productivity is expected. We are looking for a working foreman who can balance all three someone who understands that a good foreman does not just tell people what to do; he shows them how it is done, then trusts them to execute.
