Key Responsibilities
In this client-focused role, you will be the heart of the spa experience. Your key duties will include:
- Performing a wide range of spa and beauty treatments to the highest standard, including advanced therapies like LED Light Therapy, Clinical Peels, and Hydro-Microdermabrasion.
- Providing expert, personalised consultations to advise clients on treatment plans, skincare regimes, and home-care solutions.
- Building lasting client relationships through exceptional service and genuine care throughout their wellness journey.
- Taking ownership of your treatment room, ensuring impeccable setup, cleanliness, and pack-down procedures.
- Contributing to team targets by recommending retail products and solutions that truly meet client needs.

Qualifications

- A recognised Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
