Key Responsibilities

As our Chef/Cook, you will oversee the entire dining experience, blending culinary skill with compassionate care. Your key duties will include:

  •  Planning, preparing, and presenting nutritious, delicious, and visually appealing meals daily, catering to a diverse community of residents.
  • Collaborating closely with dietary specialists to understand and expertly accommodate individual dietary restrictions, medical needs, and personal preferences.
  • Overseeing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards, and potentially supervising kitchen staff.
  • Contributing to a warm, inviting, and restaurant-style dining atmosphere that encourages social interaction and enhances the overall resident experience.

Qualifications
