Key Responsibilities

In this dual-role position, you will be key to our on-site operations. Your duties will include:

• Supervising and actively participating in cleaning operations at various residential and commercial locations across the island.
• Operating specialized cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, extraction machines, and steam cleaners (full training will be provided).
• Ensuring all work meets our stringent cleanliness standards and adheres strictly to safety procedures.
• Performing maintenance checks on cleaning equipment and managing supply inventory.
• Coordinating daily with the operations team regarding job assignments and scheduling.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a candidate who is both practical and responsible. The ideal applicant will possess:

• A valid Class 3 Driving License (mandatory).
• Previous experience in cleaning, facility maintenance, or a similar hands-on role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and reliable time management.
• Physical fitness to handle equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• A safety-conscious, responsible attitude and good communication skills.
• A willingness to learn to operate cleaning machinery (training provided).
