Key Responsibilities

You will be trained to become a valued part of the production team, contributing to efficient manufacturing operations. Your key duties will include:

• Operating automated machinery and production line equipment safely and efficiently after receiving comprehensive training.
• Using various hand and power tools to assemble, fabricate, or finish products according to specifications.
• Performing quality checks on your work, ensuring all products meet the required standards and following basic plans or measurements.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering strictly to all company safety protocols and procedures.
• Handling materials and components, which includes manual lifting and moving items as part of the production process.
• Working collaboratively within a team to meet daily production targets and support a smooth workflow.

Qualifications

We are looking for reliable candidates who are ready for a hands-on career. To be considered, you must have:

• Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (this is a mandatory requirement).
• A proven work history demonstrating reliability and a capacity to learn new skills quickly and effectively.
• The physical capability to perform manual tasks and safely lift items up to 15kg.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
• A reliable form of transport to get to various sites in the Northern, Western, or Southern suburbs of Adelaide.
• The willingness and ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar industrial role is highly desirable.
