Key Responsibilities

As a Farm Associate, you will wear many hats, ensuring every guest has a fantastic visit from start to finish.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide helpful information about daily farm activities, events, and orchard guidelines.
• Oversee areas like the Petting Zoo and activity yard, engaging with families, explaining picking techniques, and assisting with farm-themed games and educational stations.
• Staff our farmers market and farm retail shop, helping customers select fresh produce, baked goods, and gifts while handling sales transactions accurately on our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment in all customer-facing areas, including restocking inventory and tidying displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, sharing knowledge about the farm, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations and a positive, fun atmosphere throughout the farm.
