Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our operations, you will:
- Perform detailed cleaning of all resort rentals and common areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming to our high standards.
- Thoroughly inspect and prepare rooms and cabins to ensure they are spotless, fully stocked, and guest-ready.
- Replenish all guest supplies, amenities, and linens efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, lost items, or guest concerns promptly to your supervisor for swift action.
- Manage your assigned tasks and work orders with efficiency and a positive, professional attitude.
- Strictly follow all health, safety, and resort procedures to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked housekeeping cart and workspace.
