Key Responsibilities
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind a high-performing team and smooth daily operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading the orientation and ongoing training for all new housekeeping employees, ensuring they understand procedures and standards from day one.
- Directly supervising, scheduling, and motivating the daytime housekeeping staff, monitoring their work to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Conducting regular building and facility inspections to proactively identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with all cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Managing all administrative tasks with accuracy, including recording and submitting payroll, completing daily/weekly reports, and maintaining light personnel files.
- Overseeing supply inventory, distribution, and requisition to ensure your team has the tools they need without waste or shortage.
- Implementing company policies consistently, including uniform standards, and providing clear, documented feedback—both praise and corrective guidance to employees.
- Utilizing strong customer relations skills to address any client or guest concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications

- Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory or team lead role, with a strong background in facility management.
