Key Responsibilities
You will be a key support on-site, ensuring smooth operations and high standards. Your core duties will include:
- Assisting tradespeople with various construction tasks and using power tools effectively.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe worksite at all times.
- Being generally useful and proactive, anticipating needs and assisting with general labouring wherever required.
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to workplace safety and following all site protocols.
Qualifications
We are looking for a trustworthy team player with solid site experience. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a skilled labourer on a residential construction site.
- A Construction Industry White Card and a current Driver’s Licence.
- The ability to work reliably with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a dedicated work ethic.
- A strong safety initiative and general knowledge of construction industry standards.
- Full Australian working rights (we are unable to offer sponsorship).
