Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be integral to our manufacturing process. Your core duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring various production machinery across different areas such as mixing, encapsulation, tableting, and powder packing to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Adhering to strict production schedules to ensure all orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintaining impeccable food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Performing thorough equipment cleaning and basic maintenance as required.
• Accurately completing all necessary job sheets and documentation in line with RMP and HACCP regulatory procedures.
• Working flexibly across multiple production stages, including bottling, labelling, and soft gel manufacturing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Physical fitness to safely perform manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or FMCG environment is advantageous, but a willingness to learn is most important.
