Key Responsibilities

As the face of our store, you will create the welcoming and professional experience our customers expect. Your core duties will include:

• Providing exceptional in-person and phone customer service, warmly greeting visitors and sharing our business concept with enthusiasm.
• Preparing and delivering appropriate services to customers who come to sell their items, ensuring a smooth and pleasant transaction.
• Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals and maintain a positive, supportive shop atmosphere.
• Performing daily opening and closing routines to ensure the store is perfectly presented and secure.
• Learning and eventually supporting the appraisal process of jewelry, watches, and bags after comprehensive training.
• Handling multiple tasks efficiently in our dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who bring the right attitude and potential. The ideal person will have:

• A Senior High School diploma or higher; graduates from any field of study are welcome. Previous working experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• A positive, energetic personality with a genuine passion for entertaining and serving customers.
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
• Self-discipline, punctuality, and the ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• An interest in luxury items and a willingness to learn about product appraisal.
• Own reliable transport to commute to Festival Mall, Alabang.
