Key Responsibilities

In this diverse role, no two days will be the same. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily warehouse logistics: receiving full container shipments, processing outbound orders, and conducting regular stocktakes.
• Accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for dispatch.
• Safely moving and handling heavy items using equipment like hand trolleys, pallet jacks, and potentially a fork-hoist.
• Sorting and stacking pallets to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse.
• Providing friendly, direct customer service in our retail space, assisting with inquiries, and processing in-person sales.
• Supporting inventory management through our digital systems and reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

We’re looking for a proactive team player who brings both skill and a great attitude. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-focused role.
• The physical capability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy items on a regular basis.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment; a forklift licence is a strong advantage, but not essential for the right candidate with a willingness to learn.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
• Excellent self-motivation, time management, and organizational skills.
• A friendly, positive personality with solid communication skills for both team collaboration and direct customer interaction.
